Nature Prescription

This is a 15hr 'prescription' for you, or someone you care for, to spend important and necessary time in nature.
Cut out your prescription and mark off, or rip off, hours spent in wild places as both a reminder to be in nature and to also hopefully set a routine of putting aside regular time in your busy life for the things that mean the most in life.
This 'voucher' or prescription has been printed in full colour on lovely thick paper, right here in my home town. It is roughly A4 in size.
